A typical itinerary for a 5 day - 4 night program follows.....

Day One...
Depart home cities for Acapulco.
For larger groups, American Marketing Travel Staff may travel with guests from one to three departure or connection cities.
Guests may coordinate multi-city, and international air transportation via the American Marketing Travel Desk

Arrival in Acapulco

All guests are individually met at the Acapulco airport.
Signs with your corporate logo will be held by uniformed
American Marketing travel staff to facilitate group recognition.






Group travelers must claim their own luggage and clear customs.

At that time American Marketing ground service personnel will assist with baggage and guide the guests to the welcome area where a bar station will be set up for a meet and greet reception while luggage is loaded into transfer vehicles for the 15 minute transfer to the villas.

Upon arrival at the villas

Guests will be introduced to their staff and shown to their individual rooms. No check in process is required. Luggage will be delivered to the respective villas and brought to the rooms by staff. The bar will be open and depending on the time of arrival, either lunch or snacks will be served for the arriving guests.



The rest of the afternoon will be at leisure to enjoy the villa and the view while getting acquainted with old or new friends.

At 8:00 PM...
A welcome reception will be held at one of the villas. At this time an orientation will be given to all arriving guests by American Marketing travel staff. Each guest will have already received their own personalized itinerary and travel packet with information about Acapulco, tours and leisure activities, necessary phone numbers, clothing suggestions, luggage tags and basic rules for staying in the villas. Guests will be transferred to and from the host villa by private vehicles.

After the reception, guests can either return to their villas or enjoy the lights of Acapulco at night.

Days Two thru Four

Guests will be greeted in the morning with a hearty breakfast including fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, bacon, stuffed French toast, breads, butter, jams and jellies, coffee, tea, fresh juices and other beverages.

The villa driver will be available after breakfast to provide transportation for the guests. Shopping tours, cultural excursions, the beach…the drivers are at your service all day.

American Marketing travel staff will be visiting each villa throughout the day to insure the comfort of the guests as they enjoy their selected activities and the luxury of the villa service.

Guests will have the days to engage in whatever activities they have selected.

Specially prepared lunch and dinner will be served in the villas along with appetizers poolside each afternoon. Red and White wine will be served at each dinner.

On the last evening all guests will again be brought to one selected villa for the farewell fiesta and party.

Departure Day
It all has to come to an end eventually!

After breakfast, guests will have the morning at leisure. Bags will be placed outside bedroom doors by 11:00am.

Depending on departure flight times, guests will be picked up by their individual drivers and taken to the airport.

American Marketing staff will assist with group check-in procedures.

After check-in, guests may visit the duty-free section of the Acapulco Airport prior to their flight home.

PROGRAM INCLUSIONS

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS (OPTIONAL)
American Marketing will make its Travel Desk available to coordinate all your guests’ travel arrangements. Seasoned, international travel planners will take all calls. Guests may call the Travel Desk between the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard time to speak with an American Marketing travel coordinator, along with communication by email.

AIRPORT SERVICES

American Marketing Travel Staff will meet all guests at the Airport in Chicago and/or two other connection cities to travel with the group to Acapulco and to assist with any travel issues that may arise. Once on the ground in Acapulco, your Villa Houseman and American Marketing staff will assist with baggage following customs clearance. Your personal Chauffeur will welcome you with Margaritas, Beer, Bottled Water and soft drinks at the Acapulco airport while luggage is loaded into the transfer vehicles for the drive to the Villa.

THE VILLAS

Occupancy is based on three to six couples in each villa. All participants will be housed in private, multi bedroom luxury Villas in the hills of Las Brisas overlooking Acapulco Bay and the city of Acapulco.

All Villas have swimming pools, private bedrooms with baths, impeccably landscaped grounds and open air dining/lounge areas. Each has its own spectacular view of the magnificent sunsets across Acapulco Bay.

The Villas are not affiliated with any hotel. Each Villa is privately owned, individually maintained and hosted by American Marketing.

Villas are configured in two categories:

Luxury Plateau: Offering a variety of quality accommodation levels perfectly suited for multi-level incentive and varied group travel programs.

Luxury Modified: Offering a selection of homes with a balance of similarly appointed accommodations of a generally equal quality.
